What We Do

The Bridge Project is an initiative collaboratively organized and facilitated by Anchored Occupational Therapy and Cherish'd Occupational Therapy. Our heart at the Bridge Project is to create compassionate and collaborative spaces where professionals can come together to learn from one another, build community, and grow together - both professionally and personally.

The Sequoia tree is near and dear to us for many reasons. It symbolizes many things. Strength. Resilience. Community. Unity. Wisdom. Communication. These principles are qualities that we seek to embody within ourselves and which we endeavor to offer to those who come to learn with us.

Here at the Bridge Project we seek to create a safe and healing space, and hope that you will join us for any and all experiences.

This course gave me the power to trust my intuition, listen to my own emotions, and gave me a voice to use in my day to day to advocate for my own needs.

The experience as a whole pulled me back from 'professional burnout' and filled my cup back up. So worth the professional and personal growth gained.

The MTHG experience helped me immensely in  my growth personally and professionally. It offered the path forward that I have been seeking to take myself and my private practice with confidence and a renewed passion for my field.

Taking this course can be exactly what you need as a therapist. If it is a possibility in your life, it is worth every moment!

I found the entire program to be a valuable personal and professional experience. The welcoming and accepting environment allowed me to feel safe to explore different aspects of my personal and professional goals.

I found the course to be transformational both on a professional and personal level. The holistic approach helped each discipline progress in their learning.

MTHG was an amazing, holistic, and immersive experience! As an educator rather than a therapist I thought I might be out of my league but I wasn't! It was a great experience to learn about myself as well as how we can more holistically support students!

One of my biggest takeaways is that I'm the most important tool in any session. I'm the light to shine. And I shine by being me. By Connecting o myself, so I can connect with the world. And when I take care of myself, my light shines on those around me. Kim, Bob, Lista, Hilar, and Kim, thank you for this gift of insight and wisdom that will forever be with me.

It's some of the hardest work I've ever done, and absolutely worth it. If you're ready to turn inwards and put the work in, a whole new way of being and experiencing the world will open up! Just lean in and trust!

Moving to Higher Ground has been a pivotal and transformational experience in my personal and professional journeys. I'll honestly never be the same, and I am grateful for it. It's refueled my passion for my career, and also given me a glimpse into what healing communities can be and how powerful connection and relationship are.
